She says: "Lifemusic training was an enjoyable journey allowing me to develop trust in the improvisational process and bring accessible music making to any context. I am incorporate the Lifemusic method into my songwriting workshops, freeing up people's creative spontaneity."
Anita has a particular interest in Vox Anima (Lifemusic's vocal work method) and believes that liberating the voice is very good medicine for the soul.
